Things to consider

If you wish to purchase a monthly subscription, a contract for at least three months must be signed, due to operational costs.

There are two ways to connect PTA directly to a part of the hotel management system:

The first method involves providing an API to the hotel, which is free
of charge.

The second method is to receive an API from the hotel, which is connected to the back office by Provia, which is subject to development costs.

It is possible to provide the system in the cloud (on the Provia server) at no
cost, and to implement the system on the hotel’s server, which is subject
to additional costs.
